Internal cost & margin breakdown
Profit is an estimate before corporation/personal income tax and excludes exceptional repairs, bad debt and financing charges not entered. Never treat an unverified 0% rate as a tax exemption. Confirm the appropriate local treatment before issuing a formal quotation.

Client quotation

Client version hides your machine running costs, wages and profit.

On Android, the Print action can offer “Save as PDF”. Share, email and WhatsApp include only client-facing figures. Sending opens your phone’s messaging app; you must confirm sending. PDF attachments must be added manually.

Business settings & reusable cost library

Save business details, standard tax rates and machine/operator records ONCE. Apply them to future estimates. Job-level changes never overwrite saved defaults unless you explicitly save a profile.

Local-first edition: data is saved only in this device’s browser. Use Export full backup regularly. There is NO account or cross-device sync yet.
Changing the market does not convert existing quotations, stored costs or exchange rates. Verify all local taxes.
Full multilingual UI still requires translation and testing.

Default customer quotation template

Starts as Detailed with all nine sections enabled. These become the starting layout for NEW jobs. Existing saved jobs keep their own layout unless you explicitly apply the new default.

Upload your business logo

JPEG, PNG or WebP. Saved locally and printed beside the EXCAV IQ brand when you choose Both.

Saved machinery / fleet profiles

From the Equipment tab, enter a machine with all its costs and press Save machine to library. Then use it in future jobs.

Saved operator / driver profiles

Save name, telephone and full labour cost per hour. Select a saved driver for any machine.

Saved jobs & backups

Jobs remain in this browser on this device. Export a backup before changing phones, clearing browser data or sharing the file.

Privacy: Client details are stored locally. There is no user account, online database, synchronisation or automatic remote backup in this edition.
